We offer free delivery across the ACT and Queanbeyan. Please note we can only deliver to physical street addresses.
The Rest of Australia
Shipping is a cost that's unavoidable when you're shopping online, and we know it's a huge consideration when you're making a decision to purchase. That's why we've capped it at $20.00. So wherever you are in Australia, you can be assured you're not going to be hit with additional shipping costs for standard delivery. The only exception is if you have purchased a Pizza Oven, as special delivery arrangements need to be made for those.
For all orders to anywhere in Australia, there is a flat rate of $20.00 charged to contribute to the cost of packing and shipping your items.
We will refund you the difference...
Sometimes, the cost to ship is less than $20.00, and I do shop around couriers looking for the best price. So to be fair, I guarantee that if the costs are lower than $20.00 to pack and ship your order, I will refund you the difference.
Dispatch Times
Our standard dispatch time is 1–5 business days from receipt of your order, depending on product availability. Stock permitting, most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and only during weekday business hours. Please allow a little longer during sale periods. We deliver anywhere within Australia. Please note we do not ship internationally.
Delivery
The Outdoor Table can only ship orders within Australia. Sadly due to the recent floods and COVID-19 impact on Australia's delivery service providers, some delivery times have increased. Shipping times are estimated at between 3 - 20 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries to more remote areas of Australia will likely take longer.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being received (excludes weekends and public holidays). You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative item.
Occasionally orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to minimise administrative and handling costs and to speed up delivery of your order. If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. Most orders are shipped by Sendle Couriers or Australia post and tracking information is available in most cases.
Express Delivery
If you would like to use Express post for your orders, please get in touch and we can prepare a quote for you., or when ordering online, please write "express post" in the comments text box on checkout. You will be advised via email of the additional delivery charge applicable to cover the higher cost of postage.

We're pretty sure you will be happy with the quality of the products we sell. We also understand that from time to time you may wish to return an item you've purchased. If this is the case, we offer a money back guarantee if you return your item to us within 15 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be properly packed so it will survive the trip back to us. You might want to use the original packaging.
How to return your order
Please provide a copy of your invoice, stating which item(s) you are returning and a brief explanation of any faults/reasons for its return. Send the package to the following address:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days. Please note that original delivery charges will not be refunded.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Damaged items
We will replace or refund any item(s) which arrive at their destination damaged or faulty. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we must be notified within 72 hours of your parcel being delivered otherwise we will be unable to process your claim. Please send an email to christine@theoutdoortable.com.au and tell us what has happened. Before the refund can be processed, we will most likely request images of the damage. Please note that original delivery charges may not be refundable.
We may require that the damaged or faulty item(s) be returned to us for inspection, we will pay for the delivery cost. The item(s) must be returned in original condition (including its packaging) and an explanation given with a copy of the invoice before the refund can be processed. Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery.
